Walthamstow track will not re-open to greyhound racing.



Thankfully, London Mayor, Boris Johnson, declared that the former Walthamstow greyhound racetrack will be developed by L&Q for housing as per the plans approved by the local council. Track closed and was sold to L&Q in 2008. Greyhound racing will not return to the Walthamstow site.
